Non-alcoholic cocktails & fresh lemonades made with the utmost quality and craft cocktail precision. 

Natural Drinks Factory is led by me, award winning bartender and flavour pioneer. Factory's mission is to create unique products without compromises and flavour first. My taste philosophy is to create experiential, perfectly balanced and real flavour combinations that will raise a smile to your lips. 

Bearing idea was to create one of the worlds best bars A21's (2009) iconic cocktails and experimentations as commercialised products. Active product development and research was realised in 2019 when the drinks factory started operating in Teurastamo, Helsinki. We only use 100% natural ingredients, non of our products use preservatives and every bottle is hand-made.

The smoothest water in the world with a hint of Nordic nature

Booming tonic market has its own drop of Nordic nature by Timo Siitonen. VEEN came up with an idea to use their pure water to create a tonic and commissioned Timo Siitonen/A21 to create a range of Nordic mixers and their flavour profiles. 

My favourite way to use Nordic Mixers is to combine them with premium spirits. This is where the nuances of Nordic flavours come across in their finest form. The taste of ethanol is minimized, and the delicate flavours of the spirit are elevated and paired with gentle bubbles, natural tastes of the Nordic Mixers. 

At the same time, my wish has always been to craft a mixer flavour which would appeal to consumers not only as a drink mixer, but as a sophisticated stand-alone drink.

A Story on Your Palate

Choco Cocktails are interpretation of cocktails in a form of modern chocolate confectionaries. Every confectionary is inspired by A21’s legendary Nordic cocktails and created in cooperation with chocolate master Jarmo Laitinen.

Iconic A21 cocktails made as chocolate confectionaries: 

Suomen Neito - raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, arctic bramble, gin

Rhuba Martini -  rhubarb, basil, honey, vodka

Isokari Sour - sea buckthorn, orange, lemon, Jaloviina

Combining cocktail with beer

I created these to demonstrate how craft beer works in cocktails. A combination of a real cocktail and beer, packed in a can for easy enjoyment. This project is run in a co-operation with Hedönist brew.
