Natural Drinks Factory is led by me, an award-winning bartender and flavor pioneer. Our mission is to create unique products without compromise, prioritizing flavor first. My taste philosophy focuses on developing experiential, perfectly balanced, and real flavor combinations that will bring a smile to your lips.
Our concept was inspired by A21's iconic cocktails and experiments from 2009, aiming to commercialize these renowned drinks. Active product development and research began in 2019 when the drinks factory commenced operations in Teurastamo, Helsinki. We only use 100% natural ingredients; none of our products include preservatives, and every bottle is hand-made.

The booming tonic market now features a taste of Nordic nature, skillfully crafted by Timo Siitonen. VEEN conceptualized the idea of using their pure water to develop a line of artisan beverages and enlisted Timo Siitonen/A21 to create a variety of Nordic mixers with distinct flavour profiles.
My favourite way to enjoy these Nordic Mixers is by combining them with premium spirits, enhancing the cocktail development process. This combination allows the subtleties of Nordic flavours to shine, minimizing the taste of ethanol while elevating the delicate spirit notes, complemented by gentle bubbles and the natural tastes of the mixers.
Additionally, I have always aspired to design a mixer flavour that appeals to consumers not only as a drink mixer but also as a sophisticated stand-alone drink.

Choco Cocktails are a unique interpretation of artisan beverages, transforming classic cocktails into modern chocolate confections. Each confection is inspired by A21’s legendary Nordic cocktail development and crafted in collaboration with chocolate master Jarmo Laitinen.

Combining cocktail development with beer has led to some exciting artisan beverages. I created these unique drinks to showcase how craft beer can enhance cocktails. Each refreshing combination of a true cocktail and beer is conveniently packed in a can for easy enjoyment. This project is a collaboration with Hedönist brew.
